I am of the dying breed of the DECENT people, and though I know what logical is I usually prefer flying by the seat of my pants. Singer, writer, artist, dancer (ballet, not pole:[ ), and play a little guitar. I tend to walk a lot because breathing in the open air clears the mind more instantly than any Rx an MD would prescribe... I am a firm believer in that the body can heal itself, & our thoughts and emotions dictate our circumstances.
