Following are a few roles that I play: a tenured university professor, psychologist, consultant, author, associate journal editor, professional association president. But, these are just roles. I do my best to relate to the "real person" inside, and I hope the other person can/will do likewise. I'm often described as a gentle soul, who is spiritual but not dogmatic, compassionate, sensitive, open, sensuous, good sense of humor, and someone who gets along well with people. I'm 5' 10", weight/height more or less proportionate, considered good-looking. I'm also a person of African American descent, with hazel eyes and light brown skin (some German & Native American got mixed in). I like to laugh, dance, play, and enjoy life. I tend to be optimistic and idealistic. I think good relationships are based on caring (love), trust, and authentic communication.
